Iowa State Council of Machinists Endorses Rep. Lindsay James in IA-02

Dubuque, IA - Today, the Iowa State Council of Machinists announced their endorsement of State Representative Lindsay James in the race for Iowa’s Second Congressional District.

“Lindsay has built a strong record of supporting legislation that benefits all working families. Her commitment to standing up for Iowa workers makes her a clear choice in this election. We strongly encourage all union members, working families, and supporters across the district to make their voices heard by voting on June 2nd and standing with Lindsay James to ensure Iowa workers have a true advocate in Congress.” said Council President Rick Moyle.

“I’m honored to have the support of the Iowa State Council of Machinists. Predatory corporations have ruled Washington for too long. It’s time for someone to fight for working Iowa families. Since day one in the Iowa House, I have called out companies for not helping my constituents, regardless of the consequences. In Congress, I will never be afraid to stand up for my neighbors.” said James.
