Medicare: I pledge to fight against any cuts to the care our seniors deserve. I will work to lower the Medicare buy in age to 55, and expand their ability to negotiate all drug prices so we can lower prescription costs.

Medicaid: We must immediately reverse the disastrous cuts to Medicaid that have left rural healthcare providers under strain, and jeopardized services for Iowans.

Price Transparency: Hospitals and Insurance Companies must provide transparency in what they are charging consumers and covering and I will hold them accountable to that.

Recruit and Retain more doctors and nurses to make up for Iowa’s lack of medical professionals, especially in rural areas.

Restore Roe v. Wade to be the law of the land and defend a woman’s right to make her own medical decision with her body.
