Housing: We must cut red tape and roll back tariffs on building materials so we can build millions of new homes. This is a simple supply and demand issue in many cases and if we can build a variety of entry level housing, provide first time home buyers with down payment assistance, we can give the American dream of owning your own home to the next generation.

Childcare: We should cap costs based on the percentage of family income which will lower costs for families and boost those available to join the workforce.

Utilities: We have to unleash the American energy enterprise and fast track innovative new sources of energy to bring down utilities costs. Hold large utility companies responsible for price gouging consumers.

Food and Groceries:  Congress has to take back control of the tariff power to combat rising costs, protect consumers against predatory spread pricing, and increase American food production and strengthen our supply chains by supporting local family farms.
