Pass a Farm Bill: It’s been a decade since we passed a farm bill. Congress has abandoned Iowa farmers in a rapidly changing agricultural world. We need new leadership who will actually get a new farm bill over the finish line.

Incentivize small and family owned farms to grow crops for food and rebuild our local production facilities and system so farmers have a place to sell their products.

National Right to Repair to protect Iowan’s ability to fix their machinery and not have to take it back to the original manufacturer where they are charged hundreds or thousands of dollars to do something a farmer can do themself. 

Invest in sustainable agriculture practices like cover crops, wetlands, and prairies to increase soil health and protect water quality.

End the devastating tariffs that have destroyed the decades of work done to secure foreign markets.
